In your opinion, what needs to be done to encourage females to pursue STEM-related careers?
Today there are many social prejudices, many people think that men are more apt to pursue a STEM-related career and this is totally false. Men and women are equally able to develop any career.
I think a good practice to encourage women to study this kind of career is to show them role models of other successful women in this field and to make them see and understand that we have no limiting and we are capable enough to achieve what we want.
