BOWIE, Md.—The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has selected Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino as its host hotel for events at the 2022 Global Tire Expo (GTE)/SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
TIA will hold its annual membership meeting, advisory council meeting, cocktail reception and tire industry honors awards ceremony at the hotel on Oct. 31, prior to the opening of the 2022 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, scheduled to run Nov. 1-4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
There is no charge for any of these pre-show events, but interested parties must reserve a ticket to attend.
In addition, TIA will host a TIA Government Affairs Benefit at TopGolf of Las Vegas on Oct. 30. The event, set to run from 2 to 4 p.m., will cost $150 per golfer, or $900 for a private bay (six golfers), TIA said.

TIA has negotiated special prices at Bally's Las Vegas. These prices, per night, are:
- Oct. 29: $177
- Oct. 30: $150
- Oct. 31-Nov. 3: $166
- Nov. 4: $170
