Nitto unveils Motivo all-season UHP tire

CYPRESS, Calif.—Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc. is launching the Motivo 365 all-season UHP tire with the industry's three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMS) designation for winer traction.

The Motivo 365 features a full silica compound, an asymmetrical tread pattern and advanced tread design for traction on wet and winter road conditions and is backed by a 60,000-mile limited treadwear warranty.

Smaller inner tread blocks provide multi-wave sipes and multiple circumferential channels for expelling water quickly, the company said.

"The Motivo 365 is the premier all-season UHP that you can count on 365 days a year," Alan Ngo, Nitto Tire U.S.A.'s director of product innovation and development, said.

"With improved wet performance and a 3PMS snow rating, this tire ensures that our customers will always be riding in comfort, safety and style."

The Motivo 365 will be available in 69 sizes upon full launch, covering 17- to 20-inch rim diameters. Pricing information was not disclosed.
