GREENVILLE, N.C.—Michelin North America is increasing prices on all of its brands, up to 9 percent on select passenger and light truck, and on-road and mining commercial products and service offers.
The tire maker said the increases will be effective on orders invoiced starting Jan. 1, in the U.S. and Canada.
Price changes will vary across specific products, channels and countries within each brand portfolio, according to the company.
Michelin last raised prices on June 1, raising prices from 5 percent to 12 percent across its brands in the U.S. and Canada on the majority of passenger and light truck replacement tires and service offers.
The tire maker increased prices up to 9 percent on motorcycle tires, and up to 12 percent for on-road and off-road commercial products and service offers.
