DALLAS — A marketing vice president for Michelin North America Inc. called it "humbling."
A group of consumers, you see, say they love Michelin-branded tires the best.
A survey conducted by HundredX Inc., a self-described "mission-based data and insights company," has ranked the French tire maker first in several HundredX survey categories, including Net Loyalty Intent; Consumer Satisfaction; Net Favorability Toward Performance; Net Favorability Toward Quality/Reliability; Net Favorability Toward Ride Comfort and Net Favorability Toward Value and Trustworthiness.
"Consumer awards are always humbling for us and it's exciting to see that our customers continue to believe in our top-performing products, helping to maintain our position as the most awarded tire brand in the U.S.," said Katelyn Margetson, vice president of marketing for Michelin North America Inc.'s business-to-consumer products.
The only survey category in which Michelin did not finish first was in Net Favorability Toward Value. The Bridgestone brand is first in that category; Michelin is fourth.
