WAALWIJK, Netherlands—Magna Tyres Group has launched five products to its North American lineup.
The off-the-road tire maker is introducing:
- the MB800 in a larger size: 355/65-15;
- an M-Traction tire for construction use;
- an M-Straddle tire in a new size, 450/95R25;
- the MU26 tire for mining operations; and
- the MA610, a solid tire designed for short duration forklifts.
Magna said the new MB800 series tire offers better versatility and efficiency for a range of operations.
The M-Traction tire was made as a response to the demands of off-road enthusiasts and heavy-duty operators, Magna said; it "delivers superior traction, durability and stability, ensuring optimal performance in the most challenging terrains and weather conditions."
The M-Straddle is specific to the material handling industry, Magna said, and is designed to withstand heavy loads in hard working conditions, while providing stability, longevity and reliability.
The MU26 tyre, meanwhile, has an advanced tread design and robust construction according to Magna, offering traction, durability, and resistance to abrasions in the demanding mining environments.
The MA610 is engineered with a strong base and wear-resistant tread compounds, providing durability, stability and performance in industrial environments, the tire maker said. It is available in severe sizes,.

Magna manufactures tires for mining and earthmoving, construction, port and terminal, mobile crane and solid, as well as truck tires.
