HAMBURG,Germany—K.D. Feddersen GmbH & Co. K.G. has become the official distributor in Germany as well as in all major countries in northern, central and eastern Europe for a range of Trinseo elastomer materials.
The partnership is linked to Trinseo's 2017 acquisition of API Applicazioni Plastiche Industriali S.p.A., a supplier of soft-touch polymers, including thermoplastic elastomers and thermoplastic polyurethanes.
Since January 2021, Hamburg-based K.D. Feddersen has been offering these materials for markets such as automotive, engineering, household appliances, building technology and consumer goods.
"We are very happy with how the relationship with K.D. Feddersen evolved, and we welcome them as our distribution partner for TPE," said Giorgio Bettoli, Trinseo's sales manager for engineered materials throughout EMEA.
