SIFEM to represent Davis-Standard in France

PAWCATUCK, Conn.—Paris-based SIFEM Cable will be the sales agent in France for Davis-Standard GmbH, a manufacturer of custom extrusion and converting equipment.

SIFEM has more than 40 years of experience in industrial projects and extrusion applications encompassing film, sheet, pipe and profile, and wire and cable.

As Davis-Standard's representative, it will be responsible for facilitating direct contact with plastic converters and stakeholders throughout France, specifically identifying converting needs and marketing packaging solutions, Davis-Standard said in a release.

"SIFEM has a reputation for being a dynamic and responsive partner," said Daniel Schiller, area sales and project manager of Davis-Standard Germany (ER-WE-PA GmbH). "Their team is known for listening to customers, whether it is for new equipment, a replacement or retrofit project, repair or technical services.
