CERRITOS, Calif.—Those interested in learning about the design and fabrication techniques of liquid silicone rubber and high consistency rubber can sign up for an April 5-8 course, offered in part by an expert at R.D. Abbott.
The four-day "Silicone Elastomers Technology and Fabrication" course will be taught by Rick Ziebell, vice president of technology and technical fellow at R.D. Abbott, and other industry experts.
The forum will offer participants 3.2 continuing education credits from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.
The in-person event will be at the Kellogg West Conference Center and Hotel in Pomona, as well as at M.R. Mold & Engineering in Brea, Calif., for a one-day field trip.
