Women are changing our industries.
And that's worth celebrating.
This year, Rubber News will do exactly that with our Women Breaking the Mold Class of 2024. The honor is intended to recognize and celebrate women across the industry who make a difference in their companies and communities with their leadership, innovation and community service, to name just a few.
Nominations for the Women Breaking the Mold honor will be accepted through May 24.
Nomination forms are available online at rubbernews.com/wbm-nomination. Self nominations are accepted.
There is no limit to the number of nominations for any given company, but no more than three representatives per company will be chosen for the honor, and a maximum of 30 honorees will be selected. Past honorees are not eligible.
After the nomination process is complete, those selected for this year's class will be contacted by Rubber News writers and will be featured in our July 22 print issue of Rubber News. They also will be recognized during the 2024 Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum.
The networking forum, set for Nov. 11-12 in Nashville, Tenn., is open to everyone across the industry, not just those included in the 2024 Women Breaking the Mold class of honorees.
The event program, co-organized by Rubber News and Plastics News, is intended to help inspire and empower women throughout our industries with presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions and networking opportunities.
Registration for the Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum is open and can be made online along with hotel accommodations. Details are available at the event website.
