CAMBRIDGE, Ontario—The Tire and Rubber Association of Canada has some new faces on its Board of Directors following two resignations from the governing body.
Antoine Sautenet of Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. and Matt Livigni of Continental Tire Canada Inc. recently left the board, with replacements named Oct. 11. The new Michelin representative is Andrew Mutch, while Kim Rolfe will sit on the board for Conti.
Pam Scarrow of Bridgestone, Chris Figel of AirBoss and Continental's Rolfe will assume new posts as first and second vice-chairs and treasurer, respectively.
"Antoine and Matt have served with distinction as TRAC first vice-chair and treasurer, respectively," said Paul Downey, president and CEO of Pliteq and TRAC chairman of the board. "We are grateful for their leadership and dedication and wish them both well in their new roles in France and South Africa, respectively."
