"Governments around the world are looking more closely at environmental stewardship in tire regulation, from fuel efficiency to raw material selection to 6ppd and other particle emissions," said Guilliams. "Our goal with this presentation is to showcase both the challenges and the opportunities of balancing sustainability demands with other innovation drivers, such as treadwear, performance and overall durability."
Guilliams is based in Akron, where he manages client relationships and conducts in-depth investigations of rubber materials, products and components.
Guilliams previously worked at Polymer Valley Chemicals Inc., Hankook Tire, Eastman Chemical Corp., Lanxess Corp. and Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations.
