HERTFORD, England—When David Cawthra and Gail Reader founded Rubber Heart Ltd., they did so because they had a passion for the industry and the people who built their careers within it. The public relations consultancy company was founded on a simple principle of bringing the industry together. It was, simply, about elastomeric connections.
Now, Rubber Heart is taking its vision for a more connected industry to the job market, launching a specialist recruitment service especially for the global rubber industry. The vision, according to Rubber Heart, is to create a new standard in recruitment by offering trusted, confidential and personal services for candidates and employers.
"We look forward to helping the many talented and ambitious scientists, technologists, engineers and sales professionals in our network who are looking to move on to the next stage of their careers," Cawthra, director of Rubber Heart, said in a statement.
"It is all about taking a personal approach as we know that behind every resume is a person and behind each job spec is a business with specific needs. We know that the rubber industry can be a place that offers a very rewarding career and we want to be able to find candidates a role in which they can thrive and reach their true potential."
For this endeavor, Rubber Heart is partnering with PREA Ltd., a United Kingdom-based company that has been providing recruitment services and global polymer management consultancy services for mergers and acquisitions for more than 25 years.
"We have a great understanding and knowledge of the industry, and through our combined networks we already have an extensive employment talent pool and advertising platforms that allow us to be able to provide clients with a fast turnaround service, interview quickly and supply the ultimate shortlist of candidates for their vacancies," PREA's Global CEO Pravin Mistry said in a statement.
