Rubber Division, Ace Laboratories, Endurica heading to DKT

NUREMBERG—Rubber industry connections, testing and analysis will be on display at DKT IRC in Nuremberg June 27-30 with the ACS Rubber Division, Ace Laboratories and Endurica.

The three U.S.-based entities will be represented in Hall 9, Pavillion 104 at a 387-sq.-ft. exhibition stand organized by Rubber Heart, the rubber industry focused marketing consultancy that serves as the European representative for all three.

"It's been a long time since the rubber industry has been able to meet up, and we are delighted that we are able to join our partners and the 250 exhibitors and 3,000 expected participants in Nuremberg for DKT IRC 2021," Rubber Heart Director David Cawthra said in a statement. "We are excited that events are back and value even more how they can make you immediately feel part of a bigger picture and drive collaboration, partnerships and innovation that can only be of benefit for the whole industry."

Lakisha Miller-Barclay, Rubber Division executive director and CEO, will be on hand to talk to visitors about the organization's education and training programs while promoting the upcoming International Elastomer Conference, set for Oct. 10-13 in Knoxville, Tenn.

Ravenna, Ohio-based Ace Laboratories—formerly Ace Products & Consulting L.L.C.—provides independent rubber and silicone product and material testing, analysis and development services. CEO Erick Sharp will at the event, meeting current and potential customers.

Endurica, a Findlay, Ohio-based company specializing in managing the durability of elastomeric products, will be represented by Engineering Analyst Mark Bauman. Endurica's fatigue life simulation software, testing and material characterization services are relied upon by manufacturers across the worldwide looking to get their highest-quality products to market faster.

Organized by the Deutsche Kautschuk-Gesellschaft e. V. (DKG - German Rubber Society), DKT is heralded as Europe's premier rubber industry event, taking place every three years. The 2022 event is the postponement of the 2021 show.

DKG is a member of the International Rubber Conference Organisation (IRCO), a worldwide association of rubber societies who, between them, host the annual International Rubber Conference (IRC).

As an IRCO member, the Rubber Division is poised to host the next IRC in 2027.
