AKRON—The ACS Rubber Division has extended the deadline for submitting abstracts for the spring Technical Meeting. Paper proposals are due Nov. 19.
The meeting's featured topics include:
- Nanoscale characterization of rubbery materials and composites;
- Computational chemistry and multiscale modeling;
- Structure and physics of elastomers;
- Friction of rubber at interfaces;
- Winter performance in passenger tires;
- Recycling and reprocessing of rubber; and
- Seals and dynamic sealing.
Abstracts can be submitted online via Google Doc.
