The ACS Rubber Division's 2020 International Elastomer Conference may be virtual, but the event is set to include many of the programs, events and networking opportunities that have become staples of the traditional in-person format events.
This year's program includes the 198th Technical Meeting presentations and Educational Symposium courses that will be offered for viewing live and on-demand. Many of the live presentations will be available for viewing on-demand 24 hours after they are scheduled to be given, and attendees will have access to the presentations through Jan. 20.
Additionally, those registered for this year's IEC will have access to the company showcase, keynote address, student colloquium, 5K walk/run and networking opportunities.
Presentations that are part of the Technical Meeting will cover variety of topics including:
- Advances in Reinforcements for Elastomers
- Progress in Elastomer Synthesis
- Elastomers in Alternate Energy & New Mobility
- New Commercial Developments
- Elastomer Aging, Degradation & Flammability
