TRENTON, N.J.—Hundreds of students at Paul Robeson Charter School have all the school supplies they need to start the year off right, thanks to some support from R.E. Carroll Inc.
Late in August, R.E. Carroll employees packed book bags with school supplies and then distributed them to 400 students in grades three through eight.
"R.E. Carroll Inc. wishes to thank its employees for their time and financial donations to make this event a success, as well as Ms. Lund, principal of Paul Robeson Charter School and her staff for the opportunity to engage with the students during the assembly and hand-out (supplies)," the company said in a news release.
R.E. Carroll, a 98-year-old, family owned distributor based in New Jersey, provides specialty chemical and petroleum products for the rubber compounding, adhesives, sealants and coatings markets. It operates in Georgia, New Jersey, Ohio and Texas.
