CHICAGO—The Power Transmission Distributors Association Foundation is leaning into the next generation of top talent in the industry, launching a career recruitment initiative to "bolster power transmission and motion control careers."
"Start Your Career. Move the World" officially kicked off Dec. 5, according to the PTDA Foundation, with an immediate goal of building industry awareness.
"Our industry offers a diverse and exciting range of careers that form the backbone of critical systems, enhancing lives and making a global impact every day," said PTDA Foundation President Matt Pavlinsky, of Applied Industrial Technologies. "This new initiative equips PT/MC employers with the tools to share their stories and connect with the next generation of talent, who highly value meaningful work and careers offering work/life balance.
"By showcasing the industry's wide-ranging opportunities and impact, we're not just recruiting employees—we're inspiring future leaders who will shape and move the world."
The foundation's initiative offers dynamic recruitment tools that PT/MC companies can use to highlight their impact on industries from medical to food and transportation.
The recruitment tools can be used across social media platforms, websites, job fairs and print materials.
All materials are available for free download in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
The PTDA Foundation, a non-profit, began in 1982, championing education, outreach and research initiatives relevant to the PT/MC industry.
