The Polyurethane Manufacturers Association is accepting abstracts for technical papers and posters, for consideration of presentation at the 2025 PMA Annual Meeting.
Submissions, due Nov. 30 in both instances, will be reviewed by the PMA Technical Committee and the Board of Directors Dec. 4. The annual meeting is set for April 28-29, 2025, at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Fla.
"For more than three decades, PMA's technical paper presentations have provided an important industry opportunity to showcase technical developments to industry leaders at the association's meetings," PMA said Oct. 31.
Selected papers are chosen for their technical content, timeliness of a subject and relevance to the polyurethane manufacturing space."Best Paper" will be voted on by companies in attendance at the 2025 meeting. Presentations are set for April 28, 2025.

For the technical posters, the technical committee will accept submissions based on their technical, processing or EH&S focus, as those topics relate to the cast urethane market.
They will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and as space allows.
"Authors of technical papers not selected for presentation will be given priority for posters," the PMA said.
"Best Poster" will be selected by the PMA Executive Committee.
Posters should fit on 4-foot wide by 3-foot tall format on paper that can be fastened to poster-boards (provided by the PMA). The posters will be set up on easels during the supplier showcase, set for between 2 and 5 p.m. April 29, 2025.
Selected authors for the technical papers will be notified by Dec. 30.
Completed papers and posters, if selected, will be due Feb. 28, 2025.
