HAMBURG, Germany—German distributor Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH has signed a European distribution deal with Era Polymers Pty. Ltd., a Sydney, Australia-based producer of polyurethane systems.
Effective immediately, Nordmann will market Era Polymers' products in Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland, Nordmann said in a July 25 press release.
The remit, according to the Hamburg-based distributor, is to reach new customers for Era Polymers' products in key European countries and expand its PU business.
Era Polymers manufactures prepolymer systems for producing polyurethane elastomers that are used in a wide range of applications and industries, such as bearings and flexible couplings for the automotive industry, seals in construction and encapsulation, and insulation and potting in the electrical industry.
According to Nordmann, Era Polymers' prepolymer systems are "individually tailored" to customer needs, including requirements for Shore hardness and media or temperature resistance.
Henning Hermann, Nordmann's PU business manager, said the Era Polymers offers "a high level of development and application expertise."
