STOW, Ohio—George Roman Auctioneers Ltd. will conduct an online liquidation auction for the equipment of Stow-based MURrubber Technologies. The auction is open through Nov. 8, with dynamic closing times on a variety of rubber production and preparation equipment.
Public inspection of the items will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 1 and Nov. 6 at the company's former facility at 1350 Commerce Drive, Stow, Ohio, 44224.
The auction will include a Stewart Bolling four-roll inverted L calender mill, a Shaw Almex down-acting heated platen press, a Birmingham mixing mill and an ATOM clicker press, among other production items. Additionally, the company's box truck and fleet of forklifts will be available for bidding.
MURrubber, formerly known as Bedell-Krauss Flexographic, closed in July. The Stow manufacturing company was "a leading provider of rubber molding products, custom rubber calendering and finishing services" according to auction team member Ronald Roman.
