SHANGHAI—Chinese machinery maker Mesnac Co. Ltd. has introduced its latest developments in the field of internal mixing: automated systems said to deliver a range of benefits, including a 10-percent improvement in production efficiency.
As revealed at the RubberTech China expo, Sept. 4-6 in Shanghai, Mesnac's R&D teams have been focused on leveraging intelligent technology to address production and logistics issues in the mixing room.
The enhanced intelligence is supported by Mesnac's MCC3.0 software, which is said to streamline operations to require "only one operator and one maintenance worker for each internal mixing line."
Mesnac also has adopted a comprehensive automation approach, encompassing ancillary processes, including small chemical weighing, mixer feeding, batch-off, and automated storage and retrieval.
