MACON, Ga.—Lintech International L.L.C., a distributor of resins, monomers, additives, pigments and performance minerals, said it reached an agreement with Envirospheres Pty Ltd. to distribute the Australian company's performance additives.
Namely, Lintech will be the exclusive U.S. distributor for Envirospheres of its white hollow ceramic microspheres, which increase the melting point and add compression strength to elastomer products.
The agreement was effective Oct. 1.
"We are very excited with the opportunity to develop new business with Envirospheres," Randy Waldman, vice president of Lintech, said in a statement. "Combining Lintech's technical knowledge and customer base with their high-quality white ceramic microsphere products will lead to continued expansion and growth for both companies."
Since 1983, Lintech has distributed for suppliers in the agriculture, coatings, inks, plastics, rubber, adhesives and composites markets.
"Lintech's technical sales organization, supported by their extensive distribution infrastructure, enables us to strategically align our resources to expand and strengthen our customer reach and service to grow our target markets across the U.S.," Envirospheres CEO Anthony Caccamo said.
