HANOVER, Germany—In past years, Kordsa has received medals for its efforts in tire and automotive sustainability. At the 2025 Tire Technology Expo (TireTech) in Hanover, the company got the chance to show off one of its latest tire innovations, REV Technologies.
Dogan Sevim, Kordsa's chief global sales and marketing officer, called the Tire Technology Expo "one of the most strategic events in the tire industry." REV Technologies is focused on creating sustainable solutions for electric vehicles, he said.
"Through REV Technologies, we continue to differentiate ourselves in the sustainable solutions, particularly by addressing the specific needs of electric vehicle tires," Sevim said. "We are not only delivering innovative solutions to our customers but also addressing their specific requirements in different markets by combining our global expertise with our local manufacturing capabilities.
The company also presented its rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) cord fabric tire products and RFID tire label innovations, Kordsa officials said. The company is committed to creating "next-generation, sustainable reinforcement solutions" for the tire industry.
"Our ability to leverage both local production and a global supply chain aligns seamlessly with our sustainability strategy, allowing us to provide more effective and tailored services," Sevim said.
