The Hose & Belt Manufacturers Conference in coming Oct. 1-2, and last call and onsite registration is still open for the Rubber News event.
It is being held in the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, Ill.

The first day of the conference kicks off with a networking breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Central, with a keynote address from Mathew Augustine, head of product development for Continental A.G.'s ContiTech business.
The Oct. 1 agenda involves 10 presentations, including a panel discussion on sustainability, with panelists from DuPont, Beaver Manufacturing and Continental. Presentations also include speakers from NRP-Jones, AutoForecast Solutions, Smithers, BASF, PT Couplings, Tyromer and Zeon Chemicals.
A networking reception closes the day, giving attendees the chance to meet with the 14 tabletop exhibitors, covering a range of manufacturers, suppliers and service providers.
On Oct. 2, the conference will conclude with a half-day agenda that starts with an economic update from Roger Tutterow of Kennesaw State University.
Other speakers are from Aldrich Web Solutions, Piranha Hose, Intelli.build and ARG Industrial.
