CHESTERLAND, Ohio—HF Mixing Group and HF TireTech Group are coming together.
The two units, the group said, "will operate under the umbrella of the HF Group with one joint management team" with co-CEOs Holger Rudzio, Zoran Uranjek and Ian Wilson slated to form a joint management board.
"With this merger, HF will combine the strengths of both brands and the resources to improve global service for HF's customers," the company said in an April news.
The move will bring together the expertise and know-how of the two units to "target and align technical innovations and the development of digital products and services to the market," the company added. The merger also will help the companies fulfill customer requirements for products pertaining to quality, performance, and sustainability and digitization.
