Gasket and Fabricators Association ready for April expo

WAYNE, Pa.—The Gasket Fabricators Association will conduct the 2022 Gasketing and Converting Expo in Orlando, Fla., April 27-29, a gathering that features the top players in the industry.

The expo will be at the Rosen Shingle Creek, with the International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking, the International Sealing Distribution Association and the Fluid Sealing Association serving as co-sponsors along with the GFA. The organizers said the last event drew 500 attendees and 115 exhibitors.

"The G/C Expo features a cost-effective tabletop display format that allows suppliers to have unprecedented exposure to gasket fabricators and converters without having to arrange for elaborate displays and logistics," the GFA said in a release.

Exhibitors include manufacturers of gasket material, converting equipment, tooling, quality inspection equipment and software, and devices to complement upstream or downstream processing.

Gasket fabricators, converters, distributors, owners, officers, first line managers, operations managers, purchasing managers and estimators typically attend the event.

Speakers for the April event include David Avrin as keynote speaker with "Winning the Customer 4.0: Future-Proofing Your Business by Better Responding to a New Generation of Wants, Needs and Expectations."

Other breakouts include "Mastering the Art of Conflict from a Black Belt Perspective," by Karen Valencic of Spiral Impact, and "A Practical Approach to Performance Improvement," by Rob Fisher of Fisher Improvement Technologies.
