HAIPHONG, Vietnam—A fire has destroyed a rubber factory in Vietnam, operated by the South Korean automotive and industrial rubber parts supplier Dong-A Hwasung.
According to the initial police report, the blaze started just before midnight on Nov. 23 and was put out by the early hours of the next morning.
Over 1,000 square meters (about 10,760 square feet) of production space and machinery were damaged at the Trang Due Industrial Park facility in Hai Phong, local police said Nov. 24.
