FRIDINGEN, Germany—An interactive digital offering is replacing Desma's Open House this year for the machinery maker.
The XpertenForum 2020 is being organized due to concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic. The company said the new approach "specifically supplements (in-person) events in the view of the pandemic topic in a time- and cost-saving way."
"The interactive web-based program offer can be selected by registered visitors independent of time and place," the company said. "On request, the visit is supplemented by an individual presentation of the event format, which must be agreed with the respective contact person at Desma."
Visitors to the XpertenForum 2020 will receive "important and useful" information about injection molding of elastomers.
