ChemSpec to distribute Nanocyl carbon nanotube products

UNIONTOWN, Ohio—ChemSpec North America has entered into a distribution agreement with Belgium-based Nanocyl S.A. to promote and distribute Nanocyl's multiwall carbon nanotube products in the U.S. and Canada.

ChemSpec will focus its efforts growing MWCNT products in thermoplastic and elastomer compounding in particular, the company said.

ChemSpec is a North American specialty chemical distribution firm, working within the industrial polymer compounding market and the cosmetic ingredients industry. It is a subsidiary of Paris-based Safic-Alcan Group, an international specialty chemical distribution company, focusing on both industrial and life science chemistry.
