FREDERICTON, New Brunswick—For those looking to learn more about crack growth fatigue testing in polymer composites, C-Therm Technologies Ltd. will host a webinar Feb. 18 on the topic.
Moderated by C-Therm Managing Director Adam Harris, the free webinar will begin at noon EST and focus on industry innovations in crack growth fatigue testing using Metravib machines, specifically the testing company's high-end dynamic mechanical analysis line.
"It is extremely impressive the capabilities Metravib has developed with their DMA technology," Harris said. "This is a great opportunity to learn more innovations in such fatigue testing from the world's best."
C-Therm is a distributor for the Metravib DMA line in the U.S. and Canada.
According to C-Therm, Metravib's testing procedures have been developed throughout 20 years of working with R&D teams in rubber and tire formulations. The testing procedures have limitations and capabilities, the latter of which have expanded in recent years. The program will focus on how polymer developers are implementing such analysis in performance testing.
