NEWELL, W.Va.—The newly formed Bellofram Elastomers has launched a new website that centralizes two legacy brands, offering a single access point for products and services from Bellofram Diaphragm and Bellofram Silicones.
Bellofram Elastomers and the two divisions are part of Marsh Bellofram Co., which maintains a portfolio of 12 different companies.
"The Bellofram Elastomers value proposition is its ability to offer three highly specialized capabilities from one manufacturer, the only company able to do so," the company said in a Dec. 13 release.
Bellofram Diaphragm invented the original rolling diaphragm in 1950 and now manufactures frictionless and leak-proof rolling seals that can be used over a wide-range of pressures, temperatures and stroke lengths.
Bellofram Silicones makes closed-cell silicone sponge and closed-cell silicone sponge sheets skived from buns, in addition to bulk extrusion footage, bulk sheet products and molded parts in small to medium runs.
Bellofram claims it is the only company to offer this unique set of services.
"No one does all three. Except Bellofram Elastomers," the company stated.
The two legacy divisions serve different applications, though there is some market overlap, according to Bellofram.
Bellofram Elastomers is vertically integrated to the point where it offers precision manufacturing, custom material formulations and technical knowledge of applications.
