NEWELL, Va.—Bellofram Diaphragm Division now offers a design manual that includes product specifications combined with application data for engineers and design teams.
The Bellofram Diaphragm Manual sources more than a billion of Bellofram's products, going back more than 70 years, according to the company, which was founded in 1950.
The manual offers product information such as dimensions, tolerances and standard sizes for class 4, 4C, 3, 3C, 1A and 1B diaphragms.
The resource, a "digital flipbook," also offers suggestions as to how to leverage these products across different applications, the company said.
Users can access the easy-to-navigate manual on their computers, tablets and mobile phones. Hard copy pages can be printed from the manual as well, and digital pages can be shared between employees and customers.
The manual, "a repository of application solutions" over the company's 70-year history, can be searched by product or SKU.
Bellofram boasts more than 160,000 square feet of space and 100 molding presses. Diaphragms are available in sizes from a quarter-inch to 32-inch diameters, and can handle temperature ranges from -120-degrees Fahrenheit to 600-degrees Fahrenheit.
Bellofram Diaphragm is part of Marsh Bellofram's Bellofram Elastomeric Division, which also comprises Bellofram Silicones.
