WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.—Standards organization ASTM will continue to hold meetings virtually due to COVID-19.
The group previously said scheduled in-person May and June standards development meetings "transitioned to all virtual."
April meetings already had been transitioned to a virtual format.
ASTM, based in West Conshohocken, said the decision to continue not meeting in person was taken after input from members, restricts imposed by meeting hotels and review of recommendations from both the federal government, other governmental bodies and the World Health Organization.
Information about specific committee meetings is available at astm.org/meetings.
