W. CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.—ASTM International, which develops and publishes technical standards for a wide range of industries, has recognized Tom Marsh with the Robert D. Stiehler Award for his "exceptional career" at ASTM.
Marsh, who has served as past chair of ASTM International's board of directors, served primarily on committee D11, developing standards for rubber and rubber-like materials.
ASTM honored Marsh with the award July 7.
Marsh previously received the committee's Distinguished Award, Award of Appreciation and the COTCO Service Award.
He continues to serve as chief technical officer and managing director of Pioneer Worldwide, where he has responsibility for corporate services, structure and global activities.
He remains a member of the American Chemical Society, the American National Standards Institute and Edison Agro Sciences. He is past president of the Rubber Trade Association of North America.
