INDIANAPOLIS—The world of product liability has significant implications in the financial, legal and reputational arenas.
Through its training academy, the Association for Rubber Product Manufacturers will host online product liability education at www.arpminc.com/events.
The training is a first of its kind, according to ARPM.
During the course, "essential knowledge to navigate the complex world of product liability" will be discussed.
The training is designed to provide insights and strategies to address potential risks, ensure regulatory compliance and respond effectively in the event of an incident, according to ARPM.
"We are excited to offer this comprehensive product liability training to help manufacturing professionals navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges," said Letha Keslar, executive director of ARPM.
Topics to be covered include contracting issues; regulatory issues; product design; insurance; practical issues; incident investigation; recalls and reporting; and litigation.
The course is ideal for managers, engineers and anyone involved in product development, safety or liability management.
"Don't miss out on this opportunity to safeguard your business. Register today to secure your spot in this essential training course," said Keslar.
In July, the ARPM Seals Product Design and Manufacturing Training Course will be offered. Registration is now open.
