Meighan said membership in ARPM has helped Lake Erie Rubber to connect with other companies and industry leaders.
"Those experiences have resulted in improvements to our operations and new opportunities that we wouldn't have otherwise experienced," he said.
Board membership at ARPM for Ibanez has meant "sharing a seat with some of the brightest minds in the rubber industry."
"I am excited to bring to the table varied points of view to the rubber industry," she said. "I look forward to being part of this community at ARPM, and contributing to change and innovation within the rubber sector."
Robards said Ace Extrusion has been an ARPM member for several years running. "I am looking forward to serving on the board with our industry's leaders," he said.
Established in 2010, ARPM is managed by rubber business leaders and has more than 90 members. The association works to provide manufacturers with bottom line impacting programs, networking and other services.
