TORONTO—China's Aeolus Tyre Co. Ltd. has joined the Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC) four months after opening a sales office in Canada.
Aeolus, founded in 1965, produces around 5.5 million tires annually and exports them to more than 140 countries.
Carol Hochu, president and CEO of TRAC called Aeolus "an important global industry player with a strong market presence, and we look forward to a cooperative and lasting relationship that will be mutually beneficial"

Jiaozuo, China-headquartered Aeolus—the No. 39 tire maker globally based on fiscal 2022 sales of $689 million—specializes in passenger, truck and OTR tires.
