Ace Laboratories launches new, streamlined website

RAVENNA, Ohio—Ace Laboratories has changed its name, expanded its testing capabilities and now is replacing its storefront, so to speak, with the launch of its new website.

"We're a different company than when we first opened our doors in 2015," said founder, president and CEO Erick Sharp. "And that's important for our clients and prospects to know."

The streamlined site at ace-laboratories.com has a wider reach with the company's expanded portfolio of testing capabilities, as Ace has added about 50 new testing methods.

Ace, which conducts rubber and silicone testing for a range of industries, also has rearranged the way the tests are indexed on the revamped site, Sharp said.

"Our updated website now indexes our services in a way that is easy to understand and clearly categorizes physical, analytical and construction products property testing," Sharp said. "Our clients can find the information they seek much faster."

Since opening its doors in Akron seven years ago at a 2,000-sq.-ft. location, the company has expanded its staff and its space, now boasting a 26,000-sq.-ft. facility in Ravenna.

"Our website is now a valuable resource for our customers who rely on our testing services to meet compliance and regulatory requirements in bringing their products to market," Sharp said.

Ace Laboratories changed its name earlier this year to reflect that broader market reach for its services.

"We chose a name that reflects the thriving business we are, working with clients all around the world," Sharp said. "The world of testing is static. It isn't one-and-done.

"ACE has always continuously explored new ways to meet the testing needs of today's—and tomorrow's—marketplace ... in the U.S. and around the globe."

In addition to rubber and silicone testing, the company provides technical and product development services, research and development and training.
