Our annual Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum returns Nov. 11-12. The two-day event features plenty of engaging and enlightening opportunities for growth.
The event, featuring dynamic speakers from inside and outside our industries, is open to women across the rubber and plastics industries.

The event will be hosted at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, located in the heart of downtown, right near the famous Honky Tonk Highway. That means there are plenty of places to catch some live music, grab dinner, have a drink or do a little shopping—all within walking distance.
Every year, the Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum features a dynamic lineup of speakers who challenge, engage and empower attendees. This year will be no different.
And helping us kick off the event is keynoter Harmony Myers, acting deputy chief of NASA's Office of Safety and Mission Assurance.
Her presentation, "Molding Cultural Excellence Through Connection and Collaboration," will offer actionable insights for inspiring and leading with empathy, building strong relationships, and championing the growth and development of others. While sharing stories from her own life, she offer insights into how to navigate personal growth and change.
Bridgestone Americas Inc.'s Melissa Vaglio will give the second day keynote.
In addition to keynote presentations, programming will include more dynamic speakers and panels who will explore topics such as leading with confidence and authenticity and building diverse teams.
Regardless of where you are along your career path, the Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum is designed to help engage and empower you as you prepare for the next step in your journey.
With that in mind, our New, Now, Next breakout sessions will be built around programming tailored to where you are today. Rising stars are encouraged to attend the New sessions, while those in the middle of their career paths can attend the Now sessions. The Next track is intended to reach those leaders who are further along in their careers.
