AKRON—Registration is open for the largest tire manufacturing show in North America.
The International Tire Exhibition & Conference will be Sept. 13-15 at the John S. Knight Center in downtown Akron.
Exhibitors will include VMI, Black Donuts, Kobelco, Cimcorp Automation, RJS Corp., Endurica and many more.
Ellis Jones, Goodyear vice president and chief sustainability officer, will deliver the keynote address on the first day of the conference.

The three-day trade show will feature the latest industry products and technologies; a technical conference, with presentations from top-tier tire industry experts; an educational short course from the University of Akron Tire Mechanics division; the presentation of the Harold Herzlich Distinguished Technology Achievement Medal; a women's breakfast and panel discussion; and a social event with Brews and Bites.

Of additional note, the Tire Society's annual conference will be at the University of Akron Sept. 12-13. The gathering is for engineers, scientists, users, policymakers, students and advocates to learn about innovations that will drive the industry in the years ahead.
