Olympic champion Carl Lewis was the guest speaker at a Wed. morning event that Dow Elastomers hosted to share news about the new Nordel EPDM plant it has planned for Plaquemine, La. The event also touched on how Dow is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Nordel brand. Lewis won nine gold and four silver medals during his Olympic career, including four gold medals at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles.
