MAUMEE, Ohio—Dana Inc. will use a web-based format for its annual shareholder meeting on April 22 in response to the coronavirus crisis.
During the meeting, which is set for 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on April 22, shareholders will be able to vote and submit questions through the website.
Founded in 1904, Dana supplies critical drive and motion systems, electrodynamic technologies, and thermal, sealing, and digital solutions. The company reported sales of $8.6 billion in 2019 with 36,000 employees working at facilities in 34 countries.
Dana has adjusted production schedules and idled some manufacturing facilities because of the virus. The manufacturer withdrew its 2020 guidance of $8.5 billion on March 24 because it hadn't factored in the COVID-19 outbreak becoming a pandemic.
For the virtual meeting, only shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 24 are invited to attend and vote. The meeting will be accessible at virtualshareholdermeeting.com/DAN2020
Shareholders also may vote in advance of the meeting at proxyvote.com.
Proxy materials and additional information regarding the meeting are posted on Dana's website for investor relations.
