BROKEN ARROW, Okla.—Molded Products Inc. has plenty of room to grow, particularly in high-value end markets such as automotive and aerospace.
That's why Molded Products is seizing its opportunity now.
The Broken Arrow-based custom molder is poised to invest $1 million in an expansion project that will increase its square footage and production capabilities, adding as many as 10 new jobs in the process.
"This 10,000-sq.-ft. building expansion along with our investment in two large ram presses and a rubber calender will allow us to enter new rubber molding markets and better serve our existing customer base," company President Allen Clonts said in a statement. "We are excited for what the future holds and look forward to the new growth opportunities and further business expansion."
Founded in 1986, Molded Products processes butyl, EPDM, nitrile, silicone and urethane rubber and has expertise in rubber-to-metal bonding. Its products serve a range of end markets including aerospace, automotive, construction, filtration, industrial, and oil and gas.
