FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has looked inward for its next regional controller for North America Global Operations Engineering Plastics sites, promoting Michelle Esterline to the role Nov. 29.
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is one of two main business segments for Trelleborg A.B., along with Trelleborg Industrial Solutions. TSS produces seals, bearings and custom-molded components.
"Michelle is a seasoned controller who helps drive profitably improvement projects and cost standardization," said Bo Haugsted, Trelleborg financial director, GOEP Plastics. "I'm confident she will succeed in her new position."
Esterline, who came to Trelleborg in 2018 in accounting and purchasing, will be charged with leading acquisitions, "as well as alignment and collaboration of Trelleborg manufacturing facilities."
She previously worked for LSC Communications and RR Donnelley in Kendallville, Ind.
