FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a manufacturer of precision seals, bearings and molded components, has promoted Elijah Soares to director of customer advocacy.
The promotion took effect March 3.
Soares will be charged with overseeing portions of Trelleborg's supply chain, the company said.

"He understands the customer perspective and the kind of service that we need to bring to the market, enabling us to strategically grow with our customers."
Soares started with Trelleborg 15 years ago, serving first as an inside sales representative and then as a sales engineer. He also worked as a regional sales manager for Canada.
