ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn.—Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical, a business unit within Sweden-based Trelleborg A.B., has added Max Novak as project manager for strategic initiatives.
Novak will work out of the Trelleborg facility in Northborough, Mass., where the company engineers custom-molded products for medical, biotech and pharmaceutical applications.
"Max brings experience in problem solving in the manufacturing and industrial space, as well as the management of long-term projects," said Daniel Diffenderfer, director of strategic initiatives, Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical. "He will be a powerful addition to the team."
Novak will focus on vertical integration opportunities and growing the company's global manufacturing footprint.
Previously, Novak worked for Nextern Innovation. He began his career at Eaton Corp.
In addition, Novak has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
