TRELLEBORG, Sweden—Trelleborg A.B. has named Fredrik Nilsson as its new chief financial officer, effective in the first quarter of 2021.
He will replace Ulf Berghult, who is leaving the group after completing the 2020 year-end report, Trelleborg announced July 17.
Nilsson, 43, has most recently served as the CFO of Swedish-Danish vegetable oils manufacturer AAK.
He worked at AAK for nearly 14 years, holding the position of CFO for the past seven years.
Commenting on the appointment, group CEO Peter Nilsson said Fredrik Nilsson brings "broad experience of a global finance function (and) a strong business focus" to Trelleborg.
"I am strongly committed to driving global businesses and I am enormously motivated," Fredrik Nilsson said.
Ulf Berghult has been the CFO of Trelleborg since 2012.
