"I am passionate about this industry, about customers and about providing winning experiences that create profitable growth," Brison said. "It is an incredible opportunity to be part of an industry-transforming joint venture, and I'm excited to help lead its next stage of dynamic growth."
Founded in 2018, TireHub operates 73 logistics centers across the country and boasts a sales and distribution team of more than 1,000. It's a team that newly appointed TireHub CEO Ted Becker said Brison only strengthens with his executive experience.
"Adding Curtis to our executive team is a win for TireHub and for our customers," Becker said in a statement. "He is a proven leader and accomplished industry executive. He knows the industry, knows our customers, and knows what it takes to be successful. Curtis is the right person to lead this next stage of dynamic growth."
It is not clear how Hankook will move forward to fill Brison's previous role. In the meantime, Sooil Lee, CEO of Hankook Tire & Technology, will oversee the North American operations as interim president.
