RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.—Sumitomo Rubber North America has hired Greg Prieto as director of information technology.

A former U.S. Marine, Prieto has 20-plus years of IT experience, most recently as vice president of IT operations for UnitedHealth Group.
Rancho Cucamonga-based SRNA is a a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. of Kobe, Japan.
